Formatting that survives the paste
The browser clipboard carries a small HTML version of formatted content. The converter reads that copy and keeps headings, bold, italic, strikethrough, links, lists, task items, blockquotes, code, horizontal rules, and regular tables. It removes active page elements and unsupported styling before conversion.
Markdown has no standard underline or merged-table-cell syntax. Underlined words stay as text, and complex tables may need a quick edit. The rendered preview makes those changes easy to spot before you use the result.
