Email support@keep.md for help with your account, billing, capture, imports, exports, the browser extension, API, or MCP connection. Include the page or feature you used, what you expected, and the exact error text. Do not send API keys, passwords, or private library content.
Security reports
Email support@keep.mdwith “Security report” in the subject if you find a security or privacy problem. Include clear steps to reproduce it and its possible effect. Do not access another person's data or make a report public before there is time to review it.
Developer questions
Start with the developer resources for links to the API, OpenAPI document, MCP server, Agent Skill, and service metadata. If the published information does not answer your question, use the support address and name the client or integration you are building.
