Subscriptions

Subscriptions let Keep save new content for you automatically, so you do not need to add every link by hand. Add a subscription once and Keep checks for new content in the background.

RSS feeds and YouTube channels are available on free and paid plans. X articles, GitHub stars, and email inboxes require a paid plan.

Available subscription types

Web feeds -- follow blogs, news sites, and publications via RSS, Atom, JSON Feed, or h-feed.

YouTube channels -- follow a channel and save new uploads with transcripts.

X articles -- follow users who publish long-form articles on X.

GitHub stars -- connect your GitHub account and sync starred repos automatically.

Email forwarding -- get a personal inbox address for newsletters and forwarded emails.

Reddit saved posts -- sync your Reddit saves via a private RSS feed.

Managing subscriptions

Open settings -> subscriptions to add, pause, resume, or delete subscriptions. You can also manage subscriptions via the MCP, API, or CLI.

How polling works

RSS and YouTube subscriptions check for new content every few hours. Email subscriptions are event-driven -- new emails appear in your feed as soon as they arrive. You can also trigger a manual sync from the dashboard at any time.

Usage

Free accounts can use RSS and YouTube subscriptions without a full-content cap. On paid plans, each item with kept full content counts toward your billing-cycle usage. Duplicate items are automatically skipped at no cost. Check your usage on the settings.
