The generator creates a standard RSS 2.0 URL that works with common feed readers. 1. Paste an X username, such as `@dabit3`, or a full profile URL. 2. Select **Posts**, **Articles**, or both. 3. Select **Create feed**. 4. Copy the RSS feed URL from the result. 5. Paste the URL into the add feed or add subscription field in your RSS reader. You do not need an X login to create a feed. The profile must be public. Replies do not appear in the feed. ## Choose what appears in the feed X accounts can publish short timeline posts and long-form X articles. Paste the URL and confirm it. This works with Feedly, Inoreader, NetNewsWire, FreshRSS, Miniflux, and other apps that support RSS 2.0. The feed contains the latest 20 matching items when it refreshes. Your reader can keep items after they leave that window. Retention, read status, folders, and notifications are controlled by your reader. ## Free feeds refresh every 24 hours Keep checks each free profile feed for new content once a day. Your reader may request the feed more often, but that does not force another check of the X profile. A post can therefore take up to 24 hours to appear, plus the time until your reader checks the feed again. This schedule is a good fit for creators who publish a few times each week. If you need new posts sooner, X Sync checks paid profile subscriptions every hour and puts each new item in your Keep library. ## Use it as a Nitter or XCancel RSS alternative Nitter and XCancel instances are public mirrors. An instance can disappear, block requests, or remove its RSS route. When that happens, every feed URL tied to that instance stops working. This generator gives you a feed URL on `keep.md`. You can keep your current RSS reader and follow a public profile without finding a live mirror first.
